Uzbeskistan x Papua New Guinea: SDG data not pulled into Suboutput report

For some reason, the SDG data is not being pulled into the Suboutput report. As a result, they are unable to utilise the report. See here https://workspace.uninfo.org/dashboard/plan/1036/build/prototype/6030?parentId=35878

I downloaded the reports from the data portal and new data explorer sections and both returned no data for the SDGs as shown below.
