Remove preview of top 10 records from the new data explorer and disable download button on click

In order to reduce the strain on the server from users potentially requesting large amounts of data multiple times, 2 improvements are needed.

1. remove the option to preview results, and only show the button to directly to download the data. This will cut out one request when a user wants to download data.
2. When the download button is clicked, disable it until the download is complete, so that the user cannot click it multiple times and make repeated calls to the serve
