Add extra message to the suboutput data search to warn users that values are not solely attributed to filtered organizations
Currently, if a user selects an agency or contributing partner in the suboutput search, when the results are returned, the user may not be aware that the suboutputs may contain other agencies/contributing partners too. So if they don't look closely, they might add up all the funding and think that the value is only for the organization they filtered on, instead of all the organizations represented in the suboutputs.
To help the user be aware of this, if "Agency" or "Contributing partner" is selected in the filters, then when the results are returned, display an extra message in the results after the filter parameters. Highlight this in red.
"Please note that the filter on agency/contributing partner has returned all sub-outputs that these organizations are linked to. However, sub-outputs can be linked to multiple agencies/contributing partners, so the funding data in these records may not be solely attributed to the filtered organizations unless they are the only organizations in the suboutput.
